    When you would read this

When you need to receive traditional bank transfers, pay a supplier who does not accept stablecoins, or move between currency and stablecoins without leaving the platform.

Fiat accounts are enabled per organisation. If you do not see Operation › Banking, it is not switched on for you. Ask your account manager.

    What is available

A EUR operating account, using SEPA for euro transfers.

A USD operating account, using ACH for dollar transfers.

Each account can receive incoming transfers, send outgoing transfers, hold a balance, and convert between that currency and stablecoins in your treasury. Corporate cards run on top of an open account. See "Issue a card".

    Steps: get an account opened

Only an Admin can do this.

    1. Go to Operation › Banking.
    2. Complete the registration form: legal business name, registration country, registration number if you have one, and business address. The business name accepts Latin letters, digits and basic punctuation only.
    3. Confirm which team members should be able to perform banking operations. Only people who have already signed in at least once can be included.
    4. Select Start KYB and complete the business verification in the panel that opens. Have your documents ready. See "Complete your company verification".
    5. Wait while the account is provisioned. This can take a few business days.
    6. When the account is open, the full banking dashboard appears.

The page updates itself as your status changes. You do not need to keep refreshing.

    What to expect

You may be asked to accept our banking partner's terms as a separate step.

Once open, each account shows its own limits, expected settlement time and applicable charges on the dashboard, under Limits, settlement and fees. Read those before your first transfer, since they differ by rail. Charges are set out in your Order Form, and your account manager can confirm what applies.

Not every currency is available in every country or on every plan.

Common problems and what they mean

"None of your team members have signed in yet." At least one member besides you must have signed in before you can register. Ask them to log in once.

Business name rejected. Accented characters and umlauts are not accepted. Use the closest Latin spelling.

Verification rejected, or the account suspended. The page explains the status. Contact your account manager for the next step. There is no self-service route.

"This account already operates Banking for another organization." Banking is bound to one organisation. Contact support.

Cards are greyed out. Cards need an open bank account first.
