    Contractor payroll in stablecoins

Paying 40 contractors across 15 countries should be one reviewed run, not forty bank transfers and a week of chasing intermediary fees.

    How a cycle runs

    • Contractors live in a register with verified destination, asset and network.
    • The run is built from that register — no addresses typed on payday.
    • Screening runs on every destination before anything is released.
    • A second approver signs the batch; nobody can pay alone.
    • Payments settle on-chain in USDC, USDT, EURC, DAI or PYUSD, or route to bank rails where the contractor needs local currency.

    What it replaces

Wires to freelance markets are slow, opaque on fees and frequently arrive short after correspondent deductions. Stablecoin rails settle in minutes at a network cost measured in cents on Base or Tron. Corridor pricing for fiat legs is published on the payout pricing page.

    Controls finance keeps

    • Per-run and per-payee limits enforced before signing, not flagged afterwards.
    • Change of a contractor's payout address treated as a controlled event, not an inline edit.
    • Full evidence per cycle, exportable for audit and for your accountant.

    Frequently asked questions

Can we pay contractors in different currencies?

Yes. A run can mix on-chain stablecoin destinations with fiat destinations routed through regulated partners after KYB, so each contractor is paid the way their record says.

How long does a payroll run take?

On-chain payments settle in seconds to minutes depending on the network. The gating factor is your own approval step, not the rail.

Do we still need approvals for a recurring run?

Yes, and that is deliberate. Recurring runs can be scheduled, but release requires a human signer, so a compromised account cannot quietly pay itself.

    Is this employment payroll?

Stablerail pays contractors and vendors. It is not an employer of record and does not calculate payroll taxes or file employment returns.

What evidence do we keep for each cycle?

Requester, approver, policy applied, screening result, destination record and transaction hash are stored per payment and exportable per cycle.
