AI that reads context, reasons, and explains

It reads context across wallets, signers and policy - then proposes the next move with a clear rationale. Humans sign.

Incoming deposit from a sanctioned wallet

218,400 USDC just landed from a wallet two hops from an OFAC-listed cluster. Settlement paused - move funds to a quarantine wallet before the next sweep.

Unusual activity from signer Boris Newman

New IP (Lisbon), new device, signing at 03:14 UTC - outside his normal hours. The transfer falls under self-approval, but the behavioural pattern warrants a second signer.

Supporting document does not match policy

Operator submitted a 184,200 USDC transfer with invoice #INV-2041 attached, but the file is missing the reason for payment and counterparty VAT ID required by your policy. Transfer held until the operator uploads a compliant document.

    FAQ

    Questions finance teams ask first

    What is Stablerail?

Stablerail is a business account for companies that operate in stablecoins. You receive USDT and USDC into a self-custodial account, screen counterparties, approve payments with multiple signers, run batch payouts, spend on corporate cards, earn yield on idle balance and move to fiat via IBAN, ACH and SEPA — with audit evidence attached to every transaction.

Is Stablerail a bank or a custodian?

Neither. Stablerail, Inc. is a software company registered in Delaware, USA. Crypto balances sit in your own self-custodial account secured with MPC, and fiat rails and cards are provided by regulated third-party partners after KYB.

    Who holds the keys?

You do. Keys are split into shares using multi-party computation built on Privy infrastructure. Stablerail cannot sign a transaction alone, and customers can export their keys under a defined quorum.

Which stablecoins and networks are supported?

USDT and USDC across the major settlement networks, including Ethereum, TRON, Base, Polygon and Solana. Network choice is set per counterparty so payments do not depend on someone remembering the right chain.

    Who is Stablerail for?

Finance teams at 20–500 person companies whose money already moves in stablecoins: crypto-native businesses, marketplaces, agencies paying global contractors, and trading firms that need controls and clean month-end close.

How is this different from a wallet plus a spreadsheet?

Approvals are enforced at signing time rather than agreed in chat, counterparties are registered and screened before funds move, and every transaction carries the evidence an auditor or banking partner will ask for.

What does it cost and how fast can we start?

Pricing is published in tiers built for mid-market finance teams, with no enterprise minimum. You can start in days; KYB is required before fiat rails and cards are enabled.

    Which countries are supported?

Coverage depends on your entity's jurisdiction, industry and volume. The eligibility checker returns an answer in about a minute without a sales call.
